"What now?" though Mosaicpaw had received not many blows, she was still quite pissed at Moonlitcity. Now that she wasn't distracted from studying her fur, two narrowed cerulean eyes were fixed on the newcomer. She wasn't happy with letting her into DevilClan but at the same time she new that new cats meant more power. Maybe one day I'll have power.

Mosaicpaw held in her sigh of relief, not wanting to look weak. Still pinned to the ground, she waited until Moonlitcity stepped off her, glad that she hadn't been too scarred from the battle. My fur still looks fine. She decided silently.

This time, escaping was basically impossible. Once Mosaicpaw felt the heavy weight pressing down on her shoulders despair swelled up in the back of her head. How can I escape this? A determined cat was one hard to beat; Mosaicpaw wasn't what you called determined, nor going to willingly let herself be battered in front of two high positions of her Clan. Feebly she tried to wiggle out from under Moonlitcity's strong paws.
